Bronze
Developing Competitive Swimmers
Bronze is for swimmers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to take the next step in competitive swimming.
Swimmers build on the skills developed in Mini Breakers while becoming more comfortable with training and competition. The focus is on refining all four competitive strokes, building endurance, developing race skills and learning what it means to train as part of a competitive swim team.

Silver
Building Strength & Experience
Silver is for intermediate competitive swimmers who are ready for increased training and continued skill development.
Swimmers work toward greater consistency in both practice and competition. The focus shifts toward stronger technique, increased endurance, race skills and underwater development, while learning how to train with greater purpose.
Swimmers are encouraged to take more ownership of their development and understand how effort and consistency in practice translate into performance at swim meets.

Advanced Training & Competition
Gold is for advanced competitive swimmers who are ready for a higher level of training and competition.
Training becomes more purposeful as swimmers refine their technique while developing speed, endurance, efficiency, race strategy and competitive confidence.
Gold swimmers are expected to take greater ownership of their training and continue developing the habits needed to compete at a higher level.
